An independent choreographer and performer, Snir’s work focuses on the role of embodied cognition to construct and evoke individual and collective experience.
His works, including Leaving a Mark, Alfa, Teatime, Opening the Door are an investigation into how movement and place interact to form meaning, knowledge, and perception.
Snir was part of Vertigo Dance Company, and has worked with Brak Marshall, Idan Cohen and many other choreographers and theatres.
Nakar is a certified dance teacher, completing his bachelor’s degree in dance education at Kibbutzim College, Israel. He was born in Israel and lives in Tel Aviv.
